    Let there be no mistake, that's what you call a "shrimp" blackened shrimp taco dinner. Had lunch at the hilton mix restaurant and perusing the menu the blackened shrimp tacos stood out. You get three corn tortilla tacos with mozzarella cheese, green and red cabbage, cilantro, and chipotle aioli. Didn't count them, wish I did, but there had to be 20+ shrimp on these three tacos. Very good tasting, the shrimp was cooked just right They were quite filling. The only draw back would be the corn tortilla tacos were on the style side.

    Food was great. I stayed the night at the hotels really busy service was great. They were very nice and fast and friendly ambience enjoyable and clean. I really enjoyed my avocado toast and my friend got the Mickey Mouse French toast so cute.

    Checked out their new menu inside Hilton Anaheim Hotel. The food is delicious and that pan seared Salmon is incredible! The main MEAT entrees such as the Breaded Pork Chop and Braised Lamb Shank are massive not only portion wise but also in flavor! Tasting Menu - Burrata Salad - Pan Seared Scallops - Breaded Pork Chops - Top Sirloin Steak - Pan Seared Salmon - Braised Lamb Shank - Tiramisu - Mexican Creme Brulee

    We stopped by for lunch and dinner. Not taking into account the union strike and the loud noise from that our meals were perfect. The lobby music was extra loud to mask some of the outside noise. To be a restaurant in the hotel we did not have any type of expectations. Everything tasted amazing and was cooked perfectly. All the staff that we encountered during are meals were beyond friendly and attentive. The portions for our sides were generous and enough for two people. We will definitely stop by next time we are in the area.
